At this level, dryland classes are not required, but strongly encouraged to promote steady progression. Our goal is to help each diver attain his or her level of success and prepare for the National team.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-b1e82c06\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">We practice 3 -5 times a week. Competitive divers will be working on a dive list to meet competition requirements in order to compete throughout the season. Attendance at competitions is mandatory.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f4df5a95\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">The focus of the Competitive Team is to develop personal excellence, work ethic and self-esteem. Our goal is to help each diver attain his or her level of success whether it is at the National or International Level.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-3770b830\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Divers come for 5- 6 days a week, combining dryland and water trainings.  Contact us if this could be something your potential diver would like to succeed at and try out for. Typically, at least 3 provincial championship\/national qualifier meets are attended per season (both in and out of province). The national championship usually occurs in July, for qualified divers.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-5f51dfc7 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uag-blocks-common-selector uagb-block-038941e4\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4528bd79\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Masters<\/h2><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">Interested in competing in diving and are an adult then the Masters program is for you. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1c986ab9\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">The focus of the Masters Team is to develop personal excellence, work ethic and self-esteem with other Adult divers. Our goal is to help each diver attain their own level of success in diving.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-4f476264\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Attending competitions are not mandatory but are a lot of fun.
