Coaching Experience
Roland has been coaching since 1986, and has been in the position of Head Coach of the K-W Diving Club since 1992.
Role as a Head Coach
Roland’s current role within the club involves nearly every Level from Learn to Dive, JAD and competitive divers, preparing them for meets and identifying those divers ready to move up to a higher competitive level.
He also oversees the Recreational and Learn to Dive programs, and works with the Learn to Dive instructors to further develop their teaching skills. His Level II divers have been growing in strength and numbers.
Roland works closely with the Executive on all issues relating to the welfare and future development of the Club.

His passion for the sport, along with his genuine concern for every diver in the club, regardless of their level, is a personal quality that sets him apart.
