World Series Field Trip to Windsor

The Kitchener-Waterloo Diving Club is organizing a field trip to Windsor, Ontario for the World Series Events and would like to invite anyone from the diving community to come join us.  The details are as follows:The bus will depart from the Great Canadian Holiday’s office (353 Manitou Dr, Kitchener) at 10:30 am on Sunday June 1st. There is lots of parking for anyone from KW/Toronto to leave their vehicles there for the day.

We will stop at the junction between the 401 and 403 to pick up divers who were practicing in Brantford

If divers/coaches/officials/ and families from London are interested in joining us on the bus, we can easily arrange a pick up point along highway 401.

We will arrive in Windsor at approx 2:00, have a few minutes to stretch our legs then head into the the aquatic center for Men’s 10 M finals and Women’s 10 M Finals.

Folks attending the field trip should pack a lunch to eat on the bus. After the awards ceremony, we’ll have Subway Party Platters in the park next door.

We will be back at the 401/403 junction at around 8:30 and back to the dryland center around 9:15.

The cost for the entire field trip will be $30 which includes your bus ride, event tickets, and Subway sandwiches afterwards.

When registering, please put the names of those attending in the comment box.  If you can’t go but your diver is able to, we can arrange for a chaperone. Please indicate if your diver will need a chaperone in the comments section as well.
